Construction on this project started in September of 2010 and the development is expected to be completed during the Fall of 2012. The building will be a LEED Platinum certified property.

Arent Fox LLP currently leases office space at 1050 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Cassidy Turley secured a $181 million permanent financing loan for the development from MassMutual. Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Bedya represented the owner during the sale.
